3Legsforward have recently recorded there soon to be released debut album "In the Twar" at the legendary sawmills studio in Cornwall with engineer John Cornfield (Stone roses, Muse, Supergrass, New Model Army, Oasis)

3LF are a powerful four piece rock, punk, ska, metal blues, ....well a band from the heart of the England.
Born into a punk era 3legsforward definitely show the elements of a growing up in 80's,90's with an awful education, unemployment, council estate gang fighting, turbulent 90's drug frenzies, Military operations, and even a stint in H.M.P
